Calm Up which is not personal therapy or counselling, may address specific personal projects or general conditions in the client’s life or profession. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a modality of energy healing and is totally dependent on the client engaging in the process. The session may also include include value clarification, identifying plans of action, and examining modes of operating in life, asking clarifying questions, and making empowering requests.
I do not give legal, financial or medical advice.
If a client wishes to cancel or rearrange a session, then 24 hours’ notice must be given by email, you can also do this by rescheduling on the calendar. In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or re-arrange I will inform you by email.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and not rebooked at the time cannot be refunded due to administration and personal costs. In the event of a personal situation arising leading to a possible cancellation please contact me by email as soon as possible.
A session will last for 60 or 90 minutes on sessions or another pre agreed platform and the client agrees to receive the call at the pre-arranged time.
All information provided in the session will be kept strictly confidential.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for the calm up sessions
I do not give refunds for readings or my EFT bundle,
if you have booked a coaching package with me and need to cancel for personal reasons, before it is complete I will refund a pro-rata rate for unused sessions minus 50%.
It is up to the client to engage in the coaching process and do the work required in any courses I run so these have no refunds
Subscribers to the Calm Up Box
You aren’t tied into a contract and can cancel anytime.
Sign up before the 3rd for this month's box.
Boxes ship the12th or 13th of the month
(if you subscribe between the 4th and 13th your subscription will start the next month, not during the current month)
If you cancel before the billing period for your next box your subscription will end, if you cancel after the billing date for your next box and before the 3rd of a month you will receive the next months box and your subscription will end.
